PeopleSkillsUlf Dennholt works with behavioral change in organizations, with a particular focus on Organizational Behavior Management, OBM, Behavior-Based Safety, BBS, leadership and change work.
Ulf has long worked with applied behavior analysis, ABA, and uses behavior analysis principles to understand what people actually do, what influences behavior and what needs to change to achieve a different result.
The work includes everything from safety and leadership to team, work environment and major change projects.
Ulf has a background as an officer and lawyer and has worked in leading roles in banking before starting to work as a full-time consultant. Since 2008, he has run PeopleSkills Sverige AB.
He studied psychology at Stockholm University and completed graduate coursework in applied behavior analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology.
The assignments vary from lectures and training courses to longer assignments as adviser, coach and project manager. PeopleSkills is an approved training provider with Afa Försäkring.
Ulf works with, among other things, OBM, Behavior-Based Safety, team and management development, leadership coaching, change management and facilitation.
Ulf is a course leader for the university's BBS course in risky environments at Frans Schartau's Business Institute. He is a speaker affiliated with Speaker of Sweden and can be booked through them or directly.
