PeopleSkillsBehavior analysis for safer and better workplaces
PeopleSkillsPeopleSkills helps organizations when behaviors, working methods and implementation need to change.
We work with applied behavioral analysis, TBA, Organizational Behavior Management, OBM, and behavioral security, BBS, but also with project management, leadership, team, work environment and emergency preparedness.
The assignments can range from a lecture or workshop to longer change work where we work closely with the business over time.
We are an approved training provider with Afa Försäkring.
Ulf works with behavioral change and with assignments where decisions and plans need to be put into practice.
He has long worked with applied behavior analysis, ABA, and uses, among other things, OBM and behavioral-based safety in work with leadership, work environment, teams and change.
The assignments vary from lectures and training to longer assignments as advisors, supervisors and project managers.
Ulf is a course leader for the university's BBS course in risky environments at Frans Schartau's Business Institute and a speaker affiliated with Speaker of Sweden. He can be booked through them or directly.

Laura is a psychologist and specialist in organizational development and leadership. She is also a certified behavior analyst, BCBA.
She works primarily with behavioral change, organizational development and leadership and has experience from both consulting work and management roles in healthcare and education.

Magnus is an engineer and has also studied behavioral science. He has more than 15 years of experience as a management consultant with assignments in areas such as production, inventory, efficiency and business development.
