I mer \u00e4n tv\u00e5 veckor..?<\/p>\n<p>Att \u00e4ndra sina egna beteenden \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt. Att \u00e4ndra andras beteenden &#8211; som vi m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger vill som ledare &#8211; \u00e4r \u00e4nnu sv\u00e5rare, i vart fall utan de r\u00e4tta verktygen.<\/p>\n<p>Att hj\u00e4lpa andra m\u00e4nniskor med beteendef\u00f6r\u00e4nrdring m\u00e5ste faktiskt inte vara s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt, om man f\u00f6rst\u00e5r hur beteenden uppkommer och forts\u00e4tter. Inom det vetenskapliga omr\u00e5det <em>Till\u00e4mpad beteendeanalys<\/em> har man kommit l\u00e5ngt i att identifiera metoder som verkligen fungerar f\u00f6r att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra en individs beteenden.<\/p>\n<p>I v\u00e5r lilla beteendeskola har vi samlat kort information om n\u00e5gra av de viktigaste grundstenarna i till\u00e4mpad beteendeanalys och som anv\u00e4nds inom b\u00e5de OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) och BBS (Behavior Based Safety).
