PeopleSkills leads change projects where behaviors, working methods and implementation need to be kept together over time.<\/p>

We often come in when the organization knows what it wants to change but needs someone who can drive the work from analysis and planning to implementation, anchoring and follow-up.<\/p>

Change work often becomes difficult when responsibility lies between several functions or when the regular organization must simultaneously manage daily operations.<\/p>

PeopleSkills can then step in as an external project manager and hold the work together. This can involve creating structure, bringing together affected groups, driving activities forward, following up on what is happening and ensuring that decisions are actually implemented in everyday life.<\/p>

Many change projects have clear goals and good plans but still get stuck in the implementation. The difference often lies in what people actually do in their everyday lives.<\/p>

PeopleSkills combines project management with Applied Behavioral Analysis, ABA, and Organizational Behavior Management, OBM. This means that we not only track activities and schedules, but also identify the behaviors that need to change for the project to be effective.<\/p>

The work can include analysis, anchoring, training, feedback, measurement and follow-up close to the business.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Ulf Dennholt is project manager for behavioral change in Avfall Sverige's development project U 1299, Waste sorting in diversity. The project is about how sorting in apartment buildings can be increased through better understanding of target groups, communication, and the behaviors that affect sorting.\u00a0<\/p>

The work is carried out together with actors in the waste and housing sectors and includes analysis, coordination, behavioral perspectives and practical implementation.<\/p>

PeopleSkills also works with behavioral and attitude training within recycling operations, including for staff at recycling centers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
