Ulf Dennholt lectures and facilitates meetings, conferences and workshops for companies and organizations. The topics mainly concern behavior, work environment, leadership, team<\/a> and change.<\/p>

The lectures are often based on applied behavioral analysis, TBA, Organizational Behavior Management, OBM<\/a>, and behavioral security<\/a>, BBS. The focus is on what people actually do and what causes behaviors to change.<\/p>

Ulf works with both smaller management teams and work teams and with larger conferences and staff gatherings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Ulf lectures on how behaviors are shaped, why people do what they do and what needs to change for new ways of working to work over time.<\/p>

The lectures may cover OBM, behavioral safety, leadership, psychological safety, collaboration, feedback, and change.<\/p>

The format is adapted to the context. It could be an hour for a larger audience, a half-day with workshop elements, or part of a longer development project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
